Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Golf Gather & Games. By booking a reservation, entering our facility, or participating in any activity, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Golf Gather & Games, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, our Waiver & Release of Liability, and our Facility Rules & Safety Policy.

2. Eligibility

Guests of all ages are welcome. Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms on the minor's behalf.

3. Reservations & Payments

  • Reservations are required unless walk-in availability exists.

  • Full payment may be required at the time of booking.

  • Reservation times begin and end as scheduled.

  • Late arrivals do not extend the reserved session.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made within the approved cancellation period may qualify for a refund or credit.

  • Missed reservations ("No Shows") are non-refundable.

  • Golf Gather & Games reserves the right to cancel reservations due to equipment issues, emergencies, weather-related power outages, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Facility Use

Guests agree to:

  • Follow all posted safety rules.

  • Use equipment only as intended.

  • Respect other guests and staff.

  • Follow all instructions given by management.

    Failure to comply may result in immediate removal without refund.

6. Equipment Responsibility

Guests are expected to use all golf simulators, clubs, accessories, furniture, games, and other equipment responsibly.

Guests may be held financially responsible for damage resulting from:

  • Intentional misconduct

  • Reckless behavior

  • Negligent misuse of equipment

  • ​

Normal wear and tear is excluded.

7. Personal Property

Golf Gather & Games is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

Guests are encouraged to keep valuables with them at all times.

8. Alcohol & Drug Policy

Management reserves the right to deny entry or remove any guest who appears impaired by alcohol or drugs or whose behavior presents a safety risk.

9. Photography & Media

Photography and video recording may occur within the facility for promotional purposes.

Guests who do not wish to appear in marketing materials should notify management upon arrival.

10. Right to Refuse Service

Golf Gather & Games reserves the right to refuse service or remove any individual whose conduct:
 

  • Endangers others

  • Damages property

  • Violates facility policies

  • Disrupts the experience of other guests
     

Refunds are not guaranteed in these situations.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.

Facility Rules & Safety Policy

Effective Date: August 3, 2026

The safety of every guest is our highest priority. All visitors are expected to comply with the following rules while using our facility.

Golf Simulator Safety

  • Only one person may swing a golf club at a time.

  • Always remain behind the designated safety line while another player is hitting.

  • Never enter the hitting area until all clubs have stopped moving.

  • Always check your surroundings before taking a swing.

  • Practice swings are only permitted within the designated hitting area.

  • Keep all spectators outside the swing zone.

General Facility Rules

  • Running, horseplay, roughhousing, or fighting is strictly prohibited.

  • Children must remain under adult supervision at all times.

  • Guests must treat staff and fellow visitors with courtesy and respect.

  • Food and beverages must remain away from simulator equipment.

  • Only clean golf clubs and approved clean golf balls may be used.

  • Report damaged equipment or unsafe conditions immediately.

Equipment Care

Guests are expected to handle all equipment responsibly.


Intentional abuse, reckless behavior, or negligent misuse resulting in damage may result in repair or replacement charges.

Impairment Policy

Guests who appear impaired by alcohol or drugs may be denied participation or asked to leave the facility immediately.

Conduct Policy

Management reserves the right to remove any guest whose conduct:

  • Creates an unsafe environment

  • Damages equipment

  • Harasses guests or staff

  • Violates these rules

  • Disrupts the experience of others

Removal for these reasons may occur without refund.

Emergency Procedures

In the event of an emergency, guests must immediately follow all instructions from Golf Gather & Games staff.
